Went there 3 times now but it seems like it's hard to catch them during self-serve time and always ended getting takeaway bentos. First time, there was nothing left and this sweet old taiwanese lady who bought the remaining sold me one of her bentos, second time- self-serve was over so the staff packed me a nice bento for $80, third time- they were selling bento outside.
