Honestly, a little surprised given how often I go to Chucs across London. Service was so bad I almost wanted to tell them to take off the gratuity. Our waiter kept forgetting our orders my tea, then our bread basket, and we didn’t even get our final cappuccino (which wasn’t even on the bill so he absolutely forgot).
