The staff here are churlish. There are excuses for being rude: not knowing culture, mistake, poor understanding of a situation. None of these apply. The staff here are rude for no reason. Their behaviour was unacceptable and their service was -at best- a poor attempt at sabotage. We pay good money to get the cheapest products and poor quality food yet still they try to steal some.
