I have been going to Saxsay for years. I've always loved their traditional Peruvian dishes, however, just the other day I went again and unfortunately my experience with their food was not the same as previous ones. The food did not taste traditional nor it had flavor. I love their chicha sour and ceviche, but the seco de carne con frejoles and anticuchos were a no go for me. Disappointing.
