Pala cafe is an interesting place since it is placed inside Siperia and it has two floor. The second floor view won't be ideallic, but at least you can get a bit more privacy. Overall the cafe has standard cakes, sandwiches on offer. Nothing too fancy from what I could see. The coffee though was good and properly poured.
