What Matthew likes about Cross Keys:
short visit on Sunday afternoon. there was some issue in the kitchen meaning they had run out of nearly everything and were shutting it early. my table order was lost or forgotten which wasn't great but one of the staff was very apologetic and corrected the issue. manager seemed very much out of his depth on the day not knowing hownto make best use of the many staff present.
