What Nick doesn't like about Great American Cookies:
Absolutely awful experience. I went to one of these stores one day and got a few cookies. They were great. So my wife ordered a cookie cake from them for my birthday. Not only did they change the location of the pickup after the order was placed, but it took us to the mall to pick it up. I walk all the way into the mall to find out they don't have it. The guy knew what the order was, but said they don't have it there... View all feedback.
