We had a large party and some of us got there early. Instead of asking if we wanted to order or wait, they di not take our orders until 20 minutes after the time of our reservation. We also had a CHP in our group whose order was served within 10 minutes of his arrival. The rest of us had to wait for another 15 minutes or more for our food.
