Woooooooooooooooooow. I had a great experience here. My drink maker (Anthony) was really nice to me. I took about 9 minutes to order and he stayed patient throughout my order. He helped me choose the perfect drink! He stayed calm even though my 3 month old would not stop crying. Excellent customer service. However, my drink needed extra caramel. This location is always very, very slow at getting orders out. I've come here maybe 5 times in the last year, and every single time I am stuck waiting for so long. I usually order only one drink off the menu with little to no customizations. It always takes 15-20 minutes for me to get it. Mobile orders seem to take even longer, even at non-peak hours.
