I'm actually bummed....this has been my go-to ramen place for the last few years. I did on online order tonight and was notified that it would take 20 minutes so I got there at the 20 minute mark. When I went in they told me my food wasn't quite done but it would be another 10-15 minutes. The two young kids working the front were very polite and busy so it was no big deal.
