What Amy Hess doesn't like about Sophie's Serendipity:
I see all of these high ratings and wonder how? Not bashing the place but our experience was less than average. We ordered a meal with sides, but no sides were available yet charged full price for a seafood meal. Shrimp cocktail was hot when it came to the table.
