We use Sanchos about once a month, normally pretty quick and hot and reliable. Tonight my kebab had no sauce and I called back to enquire. I was given no apology, asked to keep the original kebab and exchange it when the new one arrived,...as if I was lying. I then ate separately to my family. Very arrogant levels of customer service.
