Was just in the cafe. This is really nice, big, well attended. But it's just not nice. For example, the croissant: it has to be fun to eat, the breadcrumbs have to stick to your fingers, it has to be buttery and crispy on the outside. At Gyger it is dry and tastes mainly of margarine.
