I paid for a sandwich that ordered online, they couldn't do it because they didn't. everything really. the poor young, who probably had a terrible night, could not give this kind of refund or was not properly trained, so we had to turn to higher heights. the one person who answered (only the first time) was the best example of how to not treat these situations, and generally a waste when time.
