Went in the morning and paid £5.05 for a glass of concentrated orange juice from a carton and an americano in a dirty cup. When I asked for a clean cup, the guy said sure and poured the coffee from one cup to another. We returned regardless for lunch hoping for better, and were told they couldn't tell us how long the food would be as the chef had lots of orders already.
