I ordered a 6 inch steak and cheese sub on Tex Mex bread. I got a whole 4 Inch sub, and a teriyaki chicken. Wasn't what I asked for. When I tried to explain I wanted steak instead of chicken she shrugged it off and told me it wouldn't happen again. However I had the same thing happen today. As I was in the store and beside myself I ordered the same steak and cheese didn't notice that it wasn't steak. They again charg... View all feedback.
