I had a disappointing experience at Sultan Samoa's. During my visit, I observed only one lady working so hard, running around taking orders, cooking and restocking supplies. while there were around 10 other customers waiting. It was evident that they were understaffed, especially during peak hours. I recommend that Sultan Samoa consider hiring more employees to improve their service efficiency when they are busy.
