I think it's part of a chain. Vegan options were marked clearly on the menus but were pretty limited eg. one main, one salad bowl, one snack roll, and so on. I ordered the hummus, roast red pepper and spinach roll. The bread was soft and warm, red pepper tasted good and covered the whole sandwich so what they did do was quite well done.
