New owners since I last visited Modinetti I think. And they haven't let the good food slide. Revamped interior is good. More room inside. Never realised there was space out the back. We ordered the baked eggs and mushroom breakfasts. Both were great. Coffee was nice. Service was good but maybe slightly overbearing. 8/10. Close to a 9. Will be back to try out their tapas and cocktails Fri/Sat night View all feedback.
