What Troy Y doesn't like about Arrecifes:
Service is incredibly slow and servers are inattentive. Server didn't check on our table once and spent most of his time at the computer. We chose the Valentine's Day special and the food was mediocre at best. The salad only tasted like burnt corn, entree filet was not season but tasted alright and was cooked as ordered.
