I used to like this place, I went there to study. But last time the electrical outlets weren't working and when I gently asked the staff they simply replied there is nothing we can do about it (didn't waste a second to check). Knowing that I had already bought food (since you can't even check if there is a spot before you buy smtg) so I had to leave. A friend of mine also complained about the costumer service. I'm sw...
