We recently had an amazing afternoon tea. My daughter had her own children's one with a hot chocolate which she thoroughly enjoyed. Myself and my mum had the best afternoon tea. The staff were so friendly. They treated us like old friends. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. I'd book as it was very busy. The new owner is doing a fabulous job. I am disabled and when my husband went in to enquire about access, he was given the impression that they didn’t want non normal people as customers as we would lower the tone of the business. He has since been in to ask if they wanted to be part of Urmstons Wheelchair Scheme which they wouldn’t commit to. Why is it in this day and age people with mobility issues are treated like 2nd class citizens? View all feedback.
