First time at this place and the atmosphere was very unwelcoming! Mind you I am a true iced matcha lover! We came when they first opened and they open the doors and didn’t speak at all soon arrival. I spoke anyway. They were rude! Customer service 0/10. However I got the Matcha soft serve and it was AMAZING! I tried the half matcha/half vanilla and it was great as well.
