This is now Loving Hut. We arrived and seated at a small table for two. We were ignored for over 30 minutes while local people who arrived after us, were served their food ahead of us. When we asked if we could order, we were again ignored. Then local people asked for us to be served and again the man refused to serve us and stared straight through us. This was all done on purpose!
