My husband and I did ample research prior to our Tucson trip, and we were so excited to try this place… and boy did it blow our lofty expectations out of the water! We tried their signature heritage loaf, baguette, and their special mission loaf. Each bread was so unique and told a different story. Easily the best bread we’ve ever had! Very disappointed. Drove 30 minutes to pick up some bread and there was a sign on the door that they're closed for a holiday. It is not a holiday. There are a bunch of people at the door wanting to buy yet the delivery door was wide open accepting deliveries. Such a shame to lose all that business. This was to be my first visit.
