Smoke flavoring: 7/10 Juciness: 8/10 Tenderness: 9/10 However the Brisket sandwich came with no sauce on it and no sauce in the bag. To me, the sauce is the most important part if the sandwich. This review does not reflect on the service; which was great! Very friendly. The food however, could be much better. The rack of ribs had a heavy amount of seasoning rub which over powered the meat. The greens had a strange after taste. The Mac n cheese had a processes cheese sauce instead of baked. The sweet potato pie tasted store bought.
