10/2022: seems to have gone downhill a little since I are there a few years ago. But still clean and food tastes good with authentic Chinese spices. Kung Bao Chicken: very generous portion contains (my guess) a chicken breast and approximately 75% squash and carrots Garlic Shrimp: mild seasoning not loaded with squash. Both dishes quite tasty. This place is a short drive from either of the two easternmost Tucumcari exits on I-40 and well worth the drive if you are looking for Chinese. Sorry to see downtown Tucumcari getting run down, it is a nice little route 66 town, dying because the new motels and restaurants are out by the interstate.
