The server was very nice and I am also in the restaurant industry, so I know how stressful it can be and some people who leave bad reviews on the server do not understand, but that is always not the case. For my own personal experience I love Rubin Tuesday I recommend it, my only concern was the steak, steaks are hard to cook.
