Jack's never fails my families experience with their food and courteous staff. I've been going to Jacks since I was 6 years okd... seems like family! My daughter was a Jack's manager for 8 years and has trained and managed employees throughout. She worked from cashier up to cook while there. every time I go to jack in russellville, they either get my order completely wrong, just give me the half of what I ordered or leave it out.
