We used to love Ras for family meals and were sorry when they closed down recently. Happy to see they have reopened or opened under new management as DUKEM Restaurant. The food was great, and service was excellent. Like Ras, they no longer have a license to sell alcohol, but they do have great coffee. Highly recommend. View all feedback.

I hope this place closes down completely! This is not a bar and restaurant. It is the center for drugs and collections of mostly undisciplined people. The owner knows all of that and is part of everything that happens there.
