Jaccob was my waiter today at the Cookeville Cracker Barrell. He was excellent, very friendly, helpful, and made me feel I was the only person in the restaurant. If they seat you in Mia-Jade's section good luck. She was the absolute worst server I think I've ever encountered. We waited a good 5-10 minutes to even be asked for our drink and food order. She came to check on us maybe twice throughout the time we were there. Drinks were never refilled once and she then tried to charge us twice for a to-go drink, to which I then asked the manager to take off. We had to ask another... View all feedback.
