Paulters was a fantastic choice by my smart daughter to celebrate my granddaughter’s 1st birthday party with four generations of family! The covered outdoor picnic area was perfect and Service of the staff was was top notch! Food was delicious and I was very surprised at the diversity of the menu!! Not just hot dogs and hamburgers. 1st time going here. I had the Texas hot hot dog, which I thought would be similar to a traditional slime dog, scummer; whichever you prefer to call it. I was disappointed. More sauce with the meat would be ideal, I asked for onion and mustard, but it wasn't what I was expecting. I wouldn't order it again. For my money, it's Louies for Texas hots. If we go back for food, I would probably try a burger. My hubby had a foot long with relish and ketchup. The relish was homemade and rather different and not that great, needs to be sweeter. We split a fry, and they were good. We heard they have good ice cream. Maybe we will stop by again.
