Bad Custom Service we got there today Sunday for lunch. There was a Japanese couple ahead of us, the reception guy asked them in Japanese if they had a reservation and they said none made. He let them in. When we were next he asked us the same thing in Japanese and we replied none he said there is no available table and reservations are needed to dine in.
