Came In here a second time, giving it a second chance as last time we waited near an hour for two bagels. (With hardly anyone ahead of us. We were told again, 45 minutes for two bagels. To say the least my pregnant wife was not happy to have to drive to a different location. Well worth it. We got our food within 5 minutes. Issues need to be managed quicker. Would give this place 0 stars if I could. View all feedback.

Absolutely No customer service they had a line of people waiting for their orders. Zero urgency on getting food ready. two of the three people behind counter were just talking to each other and the other employee kept just pretending to do stuff I haven’t seen him make a single thing yet. I have been waiting for fifteen minutes now for bagels. I’ve always liked enstiens but I will never go to this location again! View all feedback.
