We move a lot so I've lived in many towns and all Zaxby's have notoriously slow drive thrus, up to 35-45 minutes sometimes...just ridiculous. But this Zaxby's does a good job keeping things moving even at peak hours and they are friendly and get the order right. I usually have no problems here and I understand when I look at the times we face. but I waited for 20 minutes for a curb-side job, which was placed at 6:07. I called at 6:35 and waited until 6:55. my food sat there all the time. my COBB salad had only cheese, tomato and gurken. the manager had to prepare my fries because they were super cold.
