We visited BISBE on July 2021. This is a very good spot just around the corner from Plaza Virgen. Although we ate inside, the restaurant has an amazing outdoor terrace with a nice sun exposure. Decent food but horrible service. We have been several times and the waiters always seem angry to help you, if they even look at you. It’s extremely frustrating. I walked inside to order today and there were 3 girls just sitting there on their phones after I had already asked to order a drink twice and we had more people sit down. Great outdoor area.
