Friendly service. I enjoyed a fresh whole wheat & Raspberry scone with my cup of tea & my brother enjoyed his with a dark roast coffee.I would recommend that the cups & china be upgraded as it's looking a little weary & worn, which certainly distracts from a good cupa when you only enjoy it in real china. Ambience as compared with other similar food service cafes, it is average at best. Service personnel are cold, not enthusiastic, and certainly not friendly.
