What User likes about Bistro 101 at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts:
This is a culinary school, which means the kitchen and the serving staff are all in training. As long as one knows that, everything is fine. Food - good. Service - charmingly tentative. Atmosphere - relaxing, at least the lunches we tried there. Be tolerant, and one can have an enjoyable experience. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Bistro 101 at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts:
I took a friend out for her birthday lunch. We ordered from the set 3 course meal selection prepared for November. The service was good but the food would have been better if served hot. My soup was luke warm and although our plates were hot, my salmon was only warm. Remember it is a culinary school. View all feedback.
Everything is good, but these’s no much choices.
