Happened upon this spot by accident. Right across the street from the port. Just wanted quick happy hours then some dinner. Sat outside with a group of 6 and was immediately attended to. My friend and I went to Rouge for lunch. The menu is limited but reasonably varied. You order your food from the counter and it is then brought to your table. We order soup and a sandwich and one drink. The soup and sandwich arrived after about 10 minutes which isn't bad. We had to go back to the counter and remind them about the drink.
