Im sure he'll wanna kill himself when he goes to your horrendous shop. that tonkotsu is flavorless, consistency was mostly oil, and ugh the char shu... saltier than the saltiest reduced concentrated mix of MSG and SALT combined. noodles are overcooked, breaks up into specks of dust just when my soup spoon was barely touching it.
