For my main I ordered the steak asked for it to be cooked medium, no blood. It was served to me almost raw, it had no sear and the fat had not been rendered. The steak had been sliced. I called the waitress and requested that the steak be cook more. After a 5 minute wait, she returned with a dirty hot plate for me to cook my own steak. By that time the potatoes were stone cold.
