5 stars for superficiality and 1 for everything else. Eating a pizza is not a necessity but a pleasure and no one forces you to satisfy this need if you don't feel like it. The pizza is probably good but if you wait for all of them to arrive (the orders were wrong) to eat together, if you wait for the cutlery that isn't there and if you wait for the drink that arrives after yet another request maybe they suck.
