Bought 3kg of Messina focaccia with rustic dough, long leavening. Spectacular dough. Well stuffed. We took 1kg of potatoes and speck, 1kg of traditional Messina with anchovies and tuma cheese and 1kg of traditional mozzarella without anchovies.
