I placed an online order for pickup on their opening day. I was surprised at how smoothly everything was operating for only having opened their doors 1.5 hrs prior to my arrival. The decor is light and refreshing. The prep line is set up almost in a cafeteria style, and online order pickups in a separate area with a large tv screen to let you know when your order was being made, and when it was ready. I was actually excited about trying this place. I've gotten chopped salads from other businesses before and really enjoyed it. I said I didn't wanted the blue cheese I came with she asked me what cheese I'd like in its place. So I picked another cheese and kept it moving.
