We were at the end of April 2022 for lunch. I had Chicken Yogurt and my two Ess mates had both Adana Yogurt (Bef and Lamb). I always say that cooking chicken breast really shows a cooker. If overcooked, the meat would be hard and chew. My chicken cubes were tender and juicy. It was really delicious with the yoghurt sauce. You said her Adana yogurt was also excellent.
