Called upfront at 5 pm and luckily they had a free table at 7pm, this time I had to try the tripes, which were very good. These are imported from Italy as, differently from the local variety, they do not have any smell. Very good dish! The Brasaola carpaccio and chocolate mousse were also excellent. Bruschetta poorly done, food grossly over salted, it seemed as though the ingredients were low cost, not all food arrived together. Overall an extremely disappointing meal.
