It is an interesting quiet restaurant in Villa de Leyva, I had the salmon dish with ratatouille and millefuile potato. The salmon was good but the star was the potato. Also, is very difficult to find a very well executed creme Brule, but the kne here is among the best we have tasted. To the point that went back next day for another creme Brule dose.
