This is a great find. Well sited on a hill top (hence the name) with a great view of the surrounding countryside. We shared a board of salume and cheese particularly liked a cheese called Carboncino. Afterwards two of us had excellent sirloin steaks and one had steak tartare. The beef came from their own reared animals of the Piedmont breed. Very attentive service.
