Si cuando ingresás a un restaurant, y se acerca el dueño y te da un fuerte abrazo o un beso, no te equivocaste, entraste a Basilio. El que te recibió es EL TANO, un personaje único, que agasaja a sus comensales con una picada de cortesía, pero que está en todos los detalles, y eso se lo transmite a los camareros.
