What Tom Sales doesn't like about Bourbon Street Grill:
This was the 7th time I was here. The food is very good. There are a lot of Louisiana inspired options. The atmosphere was great. The staff is friendly.So why 3 stars? They have always been very understaffed. Service is painfully slow. Many of the items we ordered were more than they were on the menu. Only by $1 or $2, but that's still not ok. If you need to raise prices, I get it. But change the menu. View all feedback.
